Justin Sherry - CEO

Over 30 years of experience in music, film, broadcasting, technology, and media rights. In 2017, founded Tappa, a mobile tech company that collaborates with major sports brands like Real Madrid. In 2016, started Trilogy Media Group after purchasing music and asset rights from a UK firm and integrating assets from US Conexion Group. In the early 1990s, co-founded Palan Music Group, which became a global media rights business. Further startups, including Compact Media Group, Extreme Music Group, and Spirit Music Group, all of which became industry leaders. Mr. Sherry has also worked with Film4 and PRS for Music.

Heather Hart - SVP Operations

Overseeing all aspects of administration, licensing and distrbution accounting for the group. 25 years media rights management encompassing, music, secondary rights, including rights clearance. Heather held previous positions at prominent US and foreign music rights companies.

Mickey Bryant - CFO - CPA

Responsible for every aspects of finance within the Group. During his 30 year tenure, Mickey has risen to CFO.  A native of Nashville for his entire life, and is an accomplished musician and lover of all things music.

Andrew Rawlings - General Counsel

Leading all aspects of the group’s business & legal affairs, including adherence to regulatory & governance. Andrew has extensive knowledge of international regulations including AMLD 5/6 entertainment law and dispute resolution.

Marghie Evans - Head of Administration

Unparalleled music administration and royalty knowledge garnered  over an extensive career in music publishing administration. Marghie has worked for the largest companies in the USA and Europe during her career.  Since 2020, she brings this to Trilogy. A Canadian native (Toronto) and based in Nashville Tennessee.

Ayslin Sherry - VP Operations

Client and copyright administration, special projects and distribution accounting. Ayslin is a graduate of Arts University Bournmouth. A love of music and dance (ballet grade 8) Ayslin (pronounced with a silent Y As-lin).
