What data do we collect?
The company collects the following data:
• Personal identification information includes your name, email address and contact details which you have supplied to us during your enquiry.
• Personal information of our clients including personal identification, address and other information which has been supplied as part of the KYC onboarding process and to meet the requirements of AMLD5 & AMLD6.

• Voluntarily complete provide information and data as part of our KYC and client onboarding processes or any information provided by you via email.

How do we store your data?
The Company has made significant investments in secure data storage. We do not use cloud storage for personal data. We securely store all your data on military grade encrypted SSD drives (FIPS 140-3 Level 3, FIPS 140-2 Level 3, NCSC CPA, NLNCSA BSPA, NATO Restricted), which exceeds all government recommended commercial standards (US & EU) offering the highest form of data protection.
The Company will keep data for clients for the period of the agreement and seven years thereafter, to comply with international law. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting all files contained in our server drives and thereafter conduct a triple overwrite of the free space which the data occupied.

The Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
